Shengtai Group was established in 2002, and is located in Xishui Shandong-which is famous for "China Tire First Village" and the largest tire production base in Shandong Province. Through the development for many years, the group is a large-scaled enterprise group integrating production of automobile tires, tire tubes, inner tubes, bladders, bead wires, wheel manufacture, international trade, development and research of new products, and real estate development. It forms an industrial chain which mainly produces the automobile tires and intensively develops the upstream and downstream products.

Through the development for many years, Shengtai Group has built more than 130 sales networks around China, and forms the countywide sales and service networks. To operate the airplane accessories to supply and sell and recycle the aerial renewable resources, and plan to establish the factory to engage in the disassembly of large-scale business aircraft in Southern California-Las Vegas in America firstly, and Shengtai Group has been the first Chinese company which engaged in disassembling the airplanes and recycling the projects in America.
